Introduction
Fixit is a wholly family owned business that has grown itself through shrewd positioning in the market and key capacity acquisitions in Human Resources and expanding capacities in Brand Retailing.
First incorporated in 2010, we are the leading company in our market that provides high-end phone repair services for over 30 mobile phone sales companies and have a country-wide reputation as the finest repair shop.
We have kept up with the trends of mobile phone repairs from our inception and have cultivated as wide a network as possible. We currently cooperate with the ocial resellers of Apple and Samsung products, and provide them with after-market support in relation with the most severe cases of phone repair and data recovery, which they are not equipped to handle. Additionally we support most other mobile phone retailers by providing repair services and after-market support and by oering a wide variety of products and supplies.
Cooperation Network
Our network of mobile phone sellers stretches the entire country and represents a dual relationship with them. We conduct repair services on their behalf, supporting them in a wide array of repair services, from simple replacements, to complex soldering jobs. We also provide a them with mobile phone accessories and additional supplies. These mobile phone shops account for a significant volume of the sales of mobile phones and mobile phone accessories in Macedonia.
Outside our direct network of mobile phone sellers, we also cooperate with most of the remainder of the sellers in Macedonia, for which we conduct repair services on a per-device basis and furnish some of them with mobile phone accessories on irregular intervals. We believe that we can expand into this network of sellers with additional product oerings.
Our chain of suppliers ranges both international as well as domestic and regional wholesalers. We maintain our market leadership in mobile phone accessories by utilizing our regional and domestic suppliers. While our leading position in selling DJI products utilizes domestic wholesalers. Our position as the only company to oer Oculus products in the markets we operate in is based on our ability to diversify and maintain our market lead.

Based on our experiences in the industry in North Macedonia, we have suciently identified multiple opportunities and shortcomings, wherein we have developed our own solutions – brands which represent added value for the customer while providing a suitable experience worthy of product presentation. Shift as a brand was created out of a need to be able to suciently oer and market mobile phone accessories, more specifically phone cases, which at the time in North Macedonia were usually sold without any packaging, with low pricing and no focus on customer experience. Shift oers smart packaging, a sense of brand belonging and products which are desired by customers. Product distribution and marketing is handled through our points of sale, and through our partners’ network. Our experience with developing Shift is what encouraged us to look into additional brands that oer added value to the customers – DJI and Oculus.
